Consulting company BELKIN & BELKINA s.r.o. was founded in Slovakia by graduates of the Law Faculty of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. The company unites professionals with Russian and Slovak legal education, as well as extensive professional practical experience in consulting and managing projects in various global jurisdictions.

The primary mission of BELKIN & BELKINA s.r.o. is to create comfortable conditions for relocation and business development in Slovakia for our clients. Regardless of the scope of services ordered, our approach to each client is always individual.

The key strength of our real estate services in Slovakia lies in our systematic approach to organizing all types of real estate transactions. This includes active participation in negotiations with the counterparty — from property selection (residential real estate, land plots, commercial properties, etc.) and the sale of clients’ real estate, to the management of investment properties and the submission of tax declarations.
JUDr.Anna Belkina, PhD
Founder, director
Anna Belkina was born in Moscow, Russia, in 1980. In 2002, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University, specializing in civil and business law. After graduation, she worked in law firms and large industrial holdings as a lawyer in the fields of commercial law, energy law, and securities. After moving to Slovakia in 2009, she underwent the process of diploma recognition at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2020, she wrote and defended her rigorous thesis (JUDr.) and successfully completed her postgraduate studies at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology, and Criminalistics at the same university.
Specializations: Relocation to Slovakia (temporary residence, permanent residence, Slovak citizenship), real estate transactions, personal consultations, due diligence in business acquisitions and sales, startup consulting and support, comprehensive project management.
